This policy explains what 580drop collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you browse, lock in a drop, or run a drop as a business.
1.Overview
580drop is a registered trade name of BRANDEN LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company based in Lawton, Oklahoma. In this policy, "580drop," "we," "us," and "our" mean BRANDEN LLC operating as 580drop. By using 580drop, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
2.Information we collect
- You give us: your name, email, mobile number, and — for delivery — your address; what you bought and your order history; messages you send us; and, for businesses, business and contact details.
- Payment information: your card is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as the result of a charge and the last four digits; we don't store your full card number.
- Automatically: device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed), cookies and similar technologies, and — if you allow it — push-notification tokens and approximate location used to estimate delivery distance.
- Advertising & analytics signals: we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Analytics tools that may set identifiers to measure and improve our ads and service.
3.How we use it
- Run the service: show drops, process lock-ins and payments, and coordinate pickup or delivery.
- Send transactional messages (email and SMS) about your drops and account.
- Send marketing — and let a business email you — only if you opt in.
- Measure and improve the service, and run and measure advertising.
- Prevent fraud, keep the service secure, and comply with the law.
4.Text messaging & consent
If you give us your number, you consent to transactional texts about your drops, sent through our business phone system (Zoom Phone). Marketing texts are sent only if you opt in, and consent isn't a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't sell your mobile number for marketing.
5.Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, plus Meta, TikTok, and Google tools, to run the site, remember preferences, and measure and deliver advertising. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based ads through those platforms' ad settings. We use local/session storage for non-tracking preferences like your light/dark theme.
6.Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. We don't store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
7.How we share it
- The local business. When you lock in a drop, the business for that drop receives your order details (name, contact, item, quantity, and pickup/delivery info) to fulfill your order and keep records. A business may email you marketing only if you opted in at checkout.
- Stripe. To process payments and, for businesses, to pay out.
- Communications providers. Including Zoom Phone for text messaging.
- Advertising & analytics. Meta, TikTok, and Google, to measure and deliver advertising.
- Service providers. Hosting and tools that help us run the service.
- Legal & safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service. If 580drop is ever involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
8.How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill orders, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
9.How we protect it
We use reasonable measures — HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords, and limited access — and payment data is handled by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10.Your choices & rights
You can update your name, email, phone, or address; opt out of marketing email (unsubscribe link), marketing texts (reply STOP), and push (device settings); and control cookies and ad tracking in your browser and the ad platforms' settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information — email us and we'll respond as required by law.
11.Children's privacy
580drop is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
12.Third-party links
Our site may link to other sites (like a business's own page or Stripe). Their privacy practices are their own and outside our control.
13.Changes
We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
