Terms of Service
Effective June 28, 2026 · Last updated June 28, 2026
580drop is a local group-buying marketplace in the 580 — southwest Oklahoma. A local business offers a limited-time deal (a "drop"), and the more neighbors who lock in, the lower the price falls for everyone. These Terms are the agreement between you and us. By using 580drop, you agree to them.
1.Who we are
580drop is a registered trade name of BRANDEN LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company based in Lawton, Oklahoma. In these Terms, "580drop," "we," "us," and "our" mean BRANDEN LLC operating as 580drop. "You" means the person using our website, app, or services. You can reach us at hello@580drop.com.
580drop runs a marketplace where local businesses (each, a "business" or "vendor") offer drops. We build and host the drop, collect payment, and coordinate pickup or delivery; the business supplies the actual product. 580drop is your point of contact for anything about a drop.
2.Accepting these terms
By using 580drop you confirm you're at least 18 and can enter a binding agreement. If you use 580drop on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3.How a drop works
- Lock in. When you lock in, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card. You're not charged yet, and the price you see is the most you can ever be charged for that drop.
- The price falls. As more people lock in, the price steps down for everyone in the drop. Time-limited bonuses may lower it further near the close.
- Close & final charge. When the countdown ends, the price locks at its lowest unlocked tier and we capture your card for that final amount — equal to or lower than what you locked in, and never more.
- If a drop doesn't happen. If a drop is cancelled or doesn't reach any minimum it needs to proceed, the hold is released and you aren't charged. Holds can take a few business days to clear, depending on your bank.
- No-shows. Holds that have expired or can't be collected at close are removed before the final price is set, so they don't affect anyone's pricing.
4.Payments & processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By locking in, you also agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to place an authorization hold and later capture the final amount. Stripe collects and stores your card details; we don't store your full card number. 580drop is the merchant of record: we collect all drop revenue, then remit the business's share after our commission and processing costs.
5.Pickup, delivery & fulfillment
Most drops are picked up locally in the 580; some offer delivery for a distance-based fee. The business makes, supplies, and hands off the product. We share pickup or delivery details after a drop closes. The product's quality, safety, and accuracy are the business's responsibility.
6.The local business
When you lock in, you understand the local business for that drop receives your order details — your name, contact info, the item and quantity, and your pickup or delivery information — so it can fulfill your order and keep records of the sale. Only if you check the optional box at checkout may the business contact you with its own news and offers. That box is never checked by default, and declining it doesn't affect your purchase. You can ask a business to stop contacting you anytime.
7.Cancellations & returns
Because a drop's price is set by the whole group at close, locking in is a commitment to buy at the locked-or-lower price. Need to cancel before a drop closes? Contact us and we'll do our best to release your hold.
Once a drop closes and your order is captured, returns are handled directly by the business — 580drop is a marketplace and does not process returns or issue refunds. Each drop shows its return terms before you lock in. Some drops are marked FINAL SALE, which means no returns. Otherwise the business's own return policy applies: for an approved return, the business will make it right with either store credit or a cash refund, as shown on the drop, within the return window listed. To start a return, contact the business shown on your order.
The one exception: if the business cannot fulfill your order or fails to deliver it, contact us and we'll refund you for the affected item.
8.Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Business dashboard logins are for the business and its authorized staff only.
9.Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to transactional texts about your drops (for example, "your price dropped" or "your drop closed"). If you opt in to marketing, you may also receive promotional texts about upcoming drops. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help anytime.
10.Email
We send transactional emails (lock-in confirmations, price-drop notices, pickup details, account notices). We only send marketing email — and only let a business email you — if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
11.Referrals
You can share your personal drop link, which helps lower the price for everyone in a drop. Personal referral links and codes are for personal, non-commercial sharing; abuse, spam, or fraud may result in removal from a drop.
Referral partner program. If you enroll as a referral partner (for example, a local creator or community group), you receive a referral code and may earn a commission — a percentage of attributed sales or a fixed amount per attributed order, as shown when you enroll and adjustable by us with notice. An order is "attributed" to your code only when a buyer who used your link locks in and the drop closes with their purchase captured; cancelled, expired, refunded, or unverified holds do not count. Commissions are earned per drop and remitted within seven (7) days after that drop closes, by Stripe Connect direct deposit (you must complete Stripe onboarding and identity/tax verification first) or by check. You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of 580drop or BRANDEN LLC; you are responsible for your own taxes, and we (through Stripe) may issue a Form 1099 where required. You agree to disclose your referral relationship where the law (including FTC guidance) requires, to share only truthful claims, and not to use spam, paid search on our marks, incentivized fraud, or self-referrals. We may withhold or reverse commissions for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these terms, and may change or end the program at any time; commissions properly earned before termination remain payable on the schedule above.
12.Selling on 580drop
If you sell through 580drop, you also agree that: you're responsible for the product, its description, pricing, safety, and timely fulfillment; you handle all returns and refunds directly with the buyer — 580drop never issues refunds on your behalf. You may mark a drop as final sale (no returns), or accept returns under your stated policy, making an approved return whole by store credit or cash within the return window you set; those terms are shown to buyers before they purchase and you agree to honor them. You authorize us to collect payment from buyers as merchant of record and to remit your net (gross sales minus our commission and payment-processing costs, per our arrangement) by direct deposit or check. Because 580drop is the merchant of record, if a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, or a refund is otherwise charged back to us, you authorize us to deduct or recover that amount — plus any dispute, reversal, or processing fees — from your current or future payouts, or to invoice you if no payout is pending. You'll receive buyer information to fulfill orders and will handle it lawfully and only for fulfillment, plus marketing only where the buyer opted in; and you'll comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA, for any messages you send.
13.Acceptable use
Don't misuse 580drop: no fraud, no interfering with the service, no scraping or unauthorized access, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or remove access for violations.
14.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We work hard to run a great marketplace, but 580drop is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Products are supplied by the local businesses; we don't make them and make no warranty about them beyond what the business provides. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a drop is limited to the amount you paid for that drop, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
15.Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16.Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally — most issues sort out with a quick conversation. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Comanche County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
